Real Life Superheroes

One idle Saturday afternoon whilst falling down a rabbit hole of search queries I found a superhero registry and discovered the existence of Real Life Superheroes. A matter of weeks later I was on a plane to the USA. It was to be a month travelling around the country unsuccessfully avoiding sunburn, ant bites and sub-zero temperatures whilst getting a first taste of the nation via planes, trains and … buses.

The Real Life Superheroes don superhero outfits and attempt to improve society in some shape or form, be this through charitable deeds (such as supplying food and survival packs to the homeless) or by actively trying to stop crime. It was amazing, and often humbling to listen to their stories, hear about their inspirations and see them in action first hand.
